ChaRM- RFC created ,template user change manager approves RFC ,CD not getting generated

Dear All ,

We are facing an issue in SolMan 7.1 ,Charm configuration during the testing scenario with respect to the standard template user .

The requester creates the  RFC and Once change manager validate the RFC after including the project and scope of the RFC and when release the RFC in status :"release for development " the CD is not getting generated with respect to the change manager template user.

And below are the list of roles currently assigned to the standard template user:CH_CM_SID

where as when i tried to approve the RFC using the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profile user the CD is getting generated for the same .

Please help us with a solution that will help us for solving this missing authorization for the change manager in approving the RFC.

Hi Naveen,

i guess you are using a z-transaction type, so you are most likely missing the authorization for it, since they can not be in the standard SAP roles.

This would be the authorization object CRM_ORD_PR and CRM_ORD_LP.
