Can not find web service in service exproler

Dear All

I don't know   why I can not find ExternalServicePerformingAndChargingSystemRequestServiceConfirmationMaintenanceIn service in service exproler WoC.

My current version is 1508

the service explorer shows synchronous Soap web service APIs.

The web service ExternalServicePerformingAndChargingSystemRequestServiceConfirmationMaintenanceIn is an asynchronous web service released for the pre-packaged application to application scenario "Customer Contracts - Managed Service Consumption Integration" only. You find further information about the integration scenario on SAP help: SAP Business ByDesign 1511 Integration Scenarios.

To enable the communication scenario "Customer Contracts - Managed Service Consumption Integration", you have to request to install the ByD Add-on "Add-on Managed Service Consumption Integration for Customer Contracts" and answer the business configuration question "Do you want to receive service confirmations electronically from an external system over electronic data exchange?" with Yes.

If this is done, you can create a communication arrangement for scenario "Customer Contracts - Managed Service Consumption Integration".

Interface documentation, access URL and WSDL are available in the communication arrangement as soon as created.

I am not able to communicate with scenario "Constumer contracts- managed service consumption integration" because I do not know how to install the Add-on proposed. Could you please specify the necessary steps to install the Add- On? In which work center shoud I entry? Has been already created as standard in SAP ByD? Thanks in advance for your support and regards

Hi Alvaro,

the pre-packaged integration scenario "Customer Contracts - Managed Service Consumption Integration" (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_byd1605/en/PUBLISHING/IntegrationScenarios.html#CustomerContractsManaged...) can be activated via Business Configuration, question "Do you want to receive service confirmations electronically from an external system over electronic data exchange?"

After activation of the scoping question, you can create corresponding communication arrangements for the pre-defined communication scenario "Customer Contracts - Managed Service consumption Integration".

The web services are available in context of the pre-packaged integration scenario only and therefore not exposed in the Service Explorer, but you can download the WSDLs from the communication arrangement.

if you don't see the scoping question in your tenant, then please create an incident and ask SAP to install the ByD add-on "Add-on Managed Service Consumption Integration for Customer Contracts". Please refer to this discussion in your incident.

  Now I have a new problem... I have to create expenses (costs) in SAP ByD from a third party, but I am not able to find any web service or scenario for this. I think one of these two scenarios will allow us to do it, but I am not pretty sure:
1 - Additional Cost Objects Integration
2 - Interface to Financials to Create Generic Journal Entries
  Could you please help me choosing the correct Web service to reach this goal? How should I activate them?

I didn't really fully understand your integration requirements. However, to create journal entry vouchers I would suggest to use the integration scenario "Journal Entry Voucher Integration" and web service "AccountingEntryRelicationIn":
