Hi Kuldeep,

We have generated the report file (.rpt) through designer, and these are opening correctly.

But crystal Reports is not rendering correctly from the server (LINUX) where the application is deployed.

We use CrystalCommon2, CrystalReportsRuntime and dependent jars to render it.

Note: These are rendering correctly when I deploy the application in windows local server.

Are you trying to view the report via Crystal Viewer (or ideally I should say via BI Launchpad)? & what happens when you run the report via Crystal Reports designer?

Hi Dennis , please find the details:

Working ScreenShot: working.png

Not Working Screenshot: not-working.png

When we open the reports in windows, these are opening correctly as shown in Working.png

When we open the reports which are deployed in Linux server and try to open it, text is overlapping as showing in not-Working.png

Windows:

WebSphere SDK Java Technology Edition (Optional) - Version 8.0.2.10

Suse Linux:

WebSphere SDK Java Technology Edition (Optional) - Version 8.0.3.20

Crystal report Jar version: 12.2.207.916 (Using which we open the reports)

Crystal reports: 11.5.8.826 (Using which we generated rpt files)
