Approve Shopping Cart Inquire button

Hi All,

In my Approve Shopping cart App,When I clicked on Inquire button it gives me Security certificate error .

Do I need to maintain some certificate in IE or Do I miss some setting in connection .

I found one of your reply in the below blog

I have checked the lpd_cust info inquire shopping cart so do I also need to maintained any HTTP connection .

Hi All,

As referred to the below Approve Shopping Carts document ,I come to know that

Inquire shopping carts and send the work item back to the creator of a purchasing document. This feature is applicable for process level of the type approval with completion in the Approval Workflow scenario.

So How do I check the process level of my workitem?

Hi Riya,

I recommend you to test functions in SRM backend with WebDynpro UI before implementing Fiori app. All function run on backend side and Fiori shows data from backend. Approve Shopping Cart is a "renew" UI for existing SRM backend functions.

Goto and search "approval with completion"

Hi Masa,

Thank you for your response.

I have tested SC in UWL portal and inquire button works well at item level .

But in Fiori "Inquire " button is at header level .

Please help me to know :

1. Is Inquire at item level is supported in Fiori.

2. If yes,Do I need to extend app and add inquire button or is there any other procedure .

3. Shall I  need to hide Inquire button at header level .

You can compare the URL for WebDynpro from Portal and Fiori. Is there any difference?

I have checked Web dynpro application but its not running fine from back end system.

I also tried to apply SAP note

Hi Riya,

The root cause is WebDynpro in SRM backend, It is not an issue in Fiori side.

Please configure SRM WebDynpro application first before implementing Fiori app.

Hi All.

I have referred doc : http://scn.sap.com/thread/3823745

I have checked  webdynpro app /sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_oif but it gives error :

Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.

Is it be a possible reason for Inquire button functionality but as it is a standard application  and in portal Inquire button works fine which also uses he same webdynpro application.

Please suggest the possible way to work around.
