Is there a simple way to delete existing interaction contacts and interactions to get a "clean" starting point?
Hi Allan,
As per process, the first step is to set the data to “cold” and the second step is to delete this data. We support for both steps a test and productive mode. Set interaction contacts to cold Transaction CUAN_CE_IC_SET_COLD Cold data are not visible in the application.
Delete “cold” interaction contacts: Transaction CUAN_CE_IC_DEL_COLD The data records with “cold” data will be removed from the database with all dependent objects. To reduce manual effort, it is possible to schedule it as periodic job
Thanks

Hi Cliff,
it is from EKT material(data load presentation)
I believe it should have made available in application help (http://help.sap.com/mkt).
Thank you

Hi Bharath,
I also couldn't find anything on the EKT slides, but the Applications Operations Guide - page 30 talks about this topic. But still I have problems deleting interaction contacts, because the system is complaining about dependent interactions, which I believe I have removed with CUAN_CE_IA_SET_COLD and then CUAN_CE_IA_DEL_COLD.
Greetings
Allan
Hi Allan,
You can check a special check-box in the SET_COLD / DELETE_COLD reports for contacts - "Incl. despite dep. interaction" (=include despite depending interaction). Then you should be able to set cold and delete even having dependent interactions (the interactions shall be removed too).
Regards,
Nico
