PDF not opening from Portal SAP transaction iview

Hi All,

We have a created a SAP IAC iview in EP 7.4 and displaying the t-code in Portal.

T-code gets displayed correctly in Portal, but when i try to click on Post button in the iview the PDF does not open.

I checked it through ITS from backend and the PDF opens properly.

EP version- 7.4

IE11

SAP t-code- MIGO

Any particular ITS settings that needs to be looked into.

Will be really grateful if anyone can help me out on this.

Thanks and Regards,

Pradeep

    Hi Pradeep

As per my understanding the issue you are facing is due to the rendering issue faced with Internet Explorer. Can you please refer to the below scn document and carry each of the steps given in it.

Mostly the above document will solve the issue you are facing.

      Hi Samanta,

Thank you for the help. The issue got resolved by setting Nav Mode as 10 and using Ajax framework page which was suggested by SAP.

We are facing one more issue here. There are external users who will be accessing the Portal after logging through one more security layer. After these users log in to portal they are facing the same issue of "not able to open the PDF".We have checked all the system settings and it looks fine.

The transaction opens and all other functionalities are performed except for PDF not opening.

Is there any way we can resolve this issue?

      Thanks and Regards,

      Pradeep
