Dear SAP Experts,

Now the job SM_CCL:OBJ_ was ended successfully, still investigate for SM_CCL:QUAL_ job.

Please help me if you have experiences with this issue.

Thanks & regards,

Hi Husin,

For this job we need information from the ATC managed system in the 0SM_ATC cube as you see in the job log. (transaction ATC on managed system)

For this we need first start an central ATC run at the managed system.

After this is performed you need to reshedule the extractor in step 6.2 again after here the ATC data extractor is green, you should be able to get the SM_CCL:QUAL_XXX_##### job running successful.

Kind Regards,

Philipp

Hi Philip,

Yes you're right, now i'm in progress to setup ATC in managed system. I missed this point in implementation. Now i'm still waiting develop key for producer namespace.

Thanks & regards,

Husin

Hello Sandeep,

To fix this error, we need to monitor st22 and st02 during the job progress.

Hi ,

I'm still confuse with master system and development system role. which act as master system? solman or ecc, and which act as development system?

Thanks & best regards,

Hi Husin,

The master / development system role is in detailed descripted in this document

Especially point 1:

Pick out an ABAP system to be the ATC master system, where you run central ATC checks and manage exemption requests. This is usually your transport consolidation or test/quality system.

So when you only have a two system landscape, your test system is master / dev.

When you have a three system landscape, the central run should performed on the Q (the system where you test).

For the CCLM configuration we need the centralrun, so you have to connect this system to your Solution Manager.

Hello Sandeep,

Reference your question to the same issue as in this thread?

Question 4

Please answer in addition the questions from my colleague.

In addition you can check if this note is implemented: 2133752. This should improve the job log for the extractor.

Thanks in advance and Best Regards,

Philipp

Hello Husin,

ya,Even i can say that SAP Memory is contributing for the issue.

But,It is not recommended to make a change in SAP Memory.

ztta/roll_area: Roll Area - SAP Memory Management (BC-CST-MM) - SAP Library

Let me know if  you have any recommendations!!

Hello Philipp,

Thank you very much for the reply!!

As you said i did implemented note 2133752.

Actually SM_CCL:QUAL_SID_XXXX is also failed with below error.

I did configured ATC on master system(SID) and even data is populated into 0SM_ATC cube.

Hi Sandeep,

The SM_CCL:OBJ is the basis job, as with this job we fetch all the objects into the library. Without this job we do not have a database for the other jobs. You can read this in the last line from the message: No Data found in for CD3 in the cube.

Please rerun the job after SM_CCL:OBJ was succesfull and come back.

Also please check in the cube if for the specific system (CD3) are data awailable.

Philipp

Thats a good start so we must get the SM_CCL:OBJ job up and running.

That data is sitting there since 3 weeks.till today job continues to fail

Hi Sandeep,

For the complete CCLM Scenario, we need first the SM_CCL:OBJ job run successfull.

As we compare the information with the data we already get from the managed systems, this job is mandatory for all further actions.

Hi

I have successfully run the ATC on managed system and re-run SM_CCL:OBJ_ job.

But the SM_CCL:QUAL_ job still ended with same error, and infocube 0SM_ATC still empty in solman.

Is there any configuration that i missed?

Thanks & regards,

Husin

Hello Philipp,

Thank you very much for reaching me out.Till date objects job is unsuccessful.:(

Hi Sandeep,

In this case, I would recommend that you open a message for SAP and attach all the logs from this block into the message (according the memory sizing issue and the object job).

After this issue is solved and the object job is running we can have a look into the quality job.

In the best case this should already solve your issues.
