SAP CRM content management - adding attributes and more

Hello,

We are implementing SAP CRM 4.0, and I have a couple of questions regarding Content Management document handling.

1) I would like to know if there´s a way to add attributes to the SAP CRM content management documents; there are some attributes that already exist (for example: expire time; version number; language indep.; etc), but we would like to add some others.

2) Is there any way to make a search of documents filtered, for instance, by customer, or by sales organization?
