Launchpad home button not visible in IE11 for certain user

Hi,

Fiori Launchpad Home button & drop down is not visible for certain users in IE11.

if the same user logs in to different PC, he can able to see the drop down values & home button like below:

Both PC's were installed with IE11, we have checked the compatibility settings,trusted sites option and checked emulation (document-EDGE) in F12.

we dint find any difference, is there any OSS note / pointers for fiori launchpad IE11 settings.

this is happening for only one user , definitely it could be a browser issue.

I have attached SAPUI5 library list and component details for reference.

Please let me know what settings to be considered in IE11 for fiori to display icons & drop downs.
