Time Conformation and techo mass upadating query

Hi all,

Can we update the time conformation and techo at the month end means my requirement is when preventive maintenance call generated they will do work and they will update in excel at the month end they want to update all the time conformation and techo the order.means in standard order process once preventive maintenance call generated

1) assing the material if required

2) time conformation

3) technical conformation

4) settlement

5) business completiion

but here they are asking we are not able to do all the steps daily whenever scheduled call generated so we will updated in excel and we willl upload.

Is there any process like these. Or else any other solution please let me know asap.

Hi Mohan,

Your request looks like, client do not want to use SAP. But unfortunately thats not the case, you need to do certain things on regular intervals to update data.

Mass confirmation can be done through IW44 / IW38 / IW37N.

Technical confirmation can be done through IW38, based on the status CNF. You can do multiple orders in one shot, i dont think these things require any thing, best way forward is to educate the client on the multiple options available in sap.

IN IP10 is it possible to get the activities.client requirement is in ip10 they are asking one more field like activity (operation) is it possible?

Hi Mohan,

Can you please provide what you are trying to do in IW38 ? I dont have access to my system, so i cannot confirm the same.

On IP10, what is the business requirement behind this field addition. You will have only the order number (header level), so there is no point on having operation field.
