New to Netweaver Platform

Dear Friends,

Currently I am working on SAP R/3 4.7 Version. I would like to explore my knowledge and like to deploy SAP Netweaver in our organization. How do I start using SAP Netweaver. What are all the Software components that need to be installed when I want to use the Netweaver.

Firstly I want to explore the functionality of Netweaver Visual Composer. If any body has the technical documentation pls help me.
