emails should be triggered upon the events in quality notification created/task released/completed

Hi All,

I have a requirement to send emails to external email ids - with some custom email text.

When quality notification is created email need to be send, when task is released or completed email need to send. This should happen for specific notification types.

Can I use any standard workflow and do modifications for doing this task.

Which standard workflow in quality notification need to refer. And what change I need to do in the workflow for sending emails.
