I am using dashboard 4.1, BOE 4.1. I created a flash variable CESerialized session, it worked fine. I created a second name server_name, to get the relative server name of the environment. I can see the server_name flash variable appeared in Properties of the dashboard file in CMC, and I inputted the server name in the text box. However, it does not get passed to the dashboard.
Steps:
-created flash variable server_name and bind it to a cell Range: Sheet1$A$1
-added the list view components to display the content of A1 cell
-in CMC, Properties of the xlf file, server_name, input SAPDEV001
-ran xlf in Launchpad, the list view shows blank
-went back to CMC to check the flash variable, I can see SAPDEV001 is in the flash variable server_name.
it seems it does not pass the server name I put in CMC to the dashboard?
