How to format or rules to export below CR into Excel Format

Hi Guys,

I have CR like below need to export both Excel and PDF format to users, when I export into excel it showing all the fields and

other formats in the report, but its is not same like the original one.

ex:

SAL NAME LAT ID DEPT NAME DEPT ID

SALE SALEID CITY

empif name lat dept sale city Sale Total

I want to export this report as it as in Crystal report.
