BCSET Activation for SAP Work Manager 6.2 on SMP 3.0

Hello all,

We are currently doing a SAP WM 6.2 implementation, and got stuck during the BCSET activation.

The program requests that you chose "Overwrite All Data" or "Do not Overwrite Default Values".

My question is the following, I understand that all tables are created exclusively for WM solution, so whats the impact on chosing either one?

If I chose to overwrite, may it impact on different modules, tables and so on?

As I said if the tables are being created for WM, why would it matter wether I chose overwrite/not overwrite?

Thanks for the help.

Rgds.,

Luís

Activating Work Manager 6.2 BC Set will not affect configuration of any other Mobile Application including previous version of the Work Manager Mobile Application.

Now Work Manager is released with 2 BC Sets

1) Standard

2) LAM + Inspection Rounds

The LAM BC set is super set of Standard BC Set so when you activate LAM it will impact the previously activated Standard or  vice versa.

The choices are really applicable when you re-activate the BC Set. You can reset the Mobile Application configuration to out-of-box settings by reactivating the BC Set - simply put you lose all configuration you have done if you choose overwrite all data.

Hope this helps

thanks
