Problem with label layout and Group Header

I am using the group expert to sort using multiple fields. This report is for labels on a very specific page layout. When you use the group expert it adds the Group Header to the layout and moves my other sections down on the page and screws up the label layout. Is there a way to group and sort without having the Group Header alter the layout?
