Track-Specific Authorizations

Hi,

I'm trying to implement Track-Specific Authorization.

In the help file http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/9f/38bd402b8d8031e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

It says to use http:// : /webdynpro/dispatcher/ sap.com/tc _SLCMS~tsawebui/CmsTrackAuthority

but when i try to access this on JDI i get an error.

500 Internal Server Error

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Failed to create deployable object 'sap.com/tc_SLCMS~tsawebui' since it is not of a Web Dynpro object. The ID of this error is

Exception id: [0002B3B48FBD00430000007800000C9000040CBE1B9C1860].

I suspect that the application is not there.

I'm on NW04 SP14.

Have anybody encountered this or know what the problem is ?
