Appointment visible in C4S calendar but not in the phone or Outlook Calendar

We are facing an issue where appointment visible in C4S calendar but not in the phone or Outlook Calendar and vise versa (ie appointment visible in outlook calendar but not in C4S Calendar

Could you please help us with this.
