How to assign multiple agent to activity

Hi,Experts,

   i developed a workflow with a activtiy,and set the way to get this activity

is expression,set the agent is general task... but when i run this workflow,

2 user(A and B) will get this activity,and in TCODE swia, it also display these 2 user is succ agent, but when i check the sbwp,only 1 user get the activity..Could anyone give a suggestion? Why only 1 user get the activity?

Hi,

Maybe it is reserved by one of them?

In that case only Hi/She will se item in inbox but both will be in WF log (however it is marked if item is only in one person inbox).

HI,

   its right the actriivity is marked in wf by one user who can see it in wf log.

  but i didnt click it。 why it will be reserved by the user?

It had to be executed by this user - not finished but executed, or just reserved directly.

It will disappear in that moment from other agent inboxes.

You can check detailed technical log for this item - there You will find the answer what was done and when.

Also make a test and generate new case - just go directly to WF log and check how it'is than.

It should be in both users inboxes.
