Hi Rohit,

Yesterday my user has created one task but that task was not displaying under uwl work-list.

I went and checked NWA-->configuration--->process and tasks-->process repository -->i went to relevant component (click the component) -->Detail of component-->under i am seeing Task definition(Name ZZX) and process definition(name XXX)--> here i have clicked the   task definition but its showing (last 24 hrs) the status "Ready"--->  Just now i checked in Process definition -- its showing the Status "In progress".

Could you please help me how to this process display in over UWL work list ?

Regards,

Reddy

Hi Reddy,

check the owner of the task. Open the task and in the below table check owner, once the owner is assigned to the task then you can able to see in UWL and you can manually assign the owner by click on nominate owner button in task.

Thanks,

Rohit

Hi Reddy,

As you say the Process Instance is not there in Process Repository it means Web Service of BPM is not called Successfully, Please check the logs for Web Service is getting failed. And also tell from where you are calling the BPM web service like from WDJ.

Thanks,
Rohit

Hi Reddy,

You can check the logs in nwa/logs and from view select System logs and trace after that apply the required filter. You wull surely get the logs if web service is getting failed from WDJ Screen.

Hi,

I think the issue is coming due to not having Role.

Assign the BPM_SuperAdmin Role to the user who is accessing nwa.

Hi,

Please check the Process Instance in the Process Repository and chek the owner of the task in the Manage Task, there you will able to find the owner of the task.

Thanks,

Hi,

Just follow the Following Steps:

1. Login to SAP nwa(Newtweaver Administrator by http://<host name>:<port number>/nwa) with   NWA Admin Role.

2. then go to Configuration->Processes and Tasks->Process Repository.

3. In Process Repository you can find the List of Component, Serach your component (BPM DC Name)  and go to Details of Component table and select your Process and open it by click.

4.Now you will redirect to the manage process window where you can find your respective Process Instance. Choose your Process and click on the Button "Show Related Task".

5.It will redirect you to manage Task Window and then select your task and click on owners tab in the "Details about task instance" Table. Here you will find the owner of the Task.

Hope it will help

Thanks,

Rohit
