Work Orders not appearing in the Report IW38/IW39, though updated in DB table AUFK

Hi Experts,

Greetings.

I am encountering the issue in the transaction IW38 and IW39. The Work orders that created, processed and completed are not appearing exactly in the standard reports IW38 and IW39 for the selection parameters like order type and order numbers etc...

The Work orders are updated in the data base tables AUFK, but not appearing in the report IW38 and IW39.

Kindly suggest your valuable inputs for resolving the issue.

Such queries can not be so simple. They should be supported by the information about what all cross-checks you've made before you posted this query. One thing only you mentioned i.e., about checking in table AUFK. This could be a very simple case of hidden selection field values. Have you ensured this. Please post the Selection screens and mention about the exact statuses of all the Orders.

Kindly check the selection screen parameters what you entered or any default selection layout is applied or not.And also check is whether any default user specific out put layout is applied?

Mainly check the period mentioned ins election screen.whether those orders falls in between that duration or not?

If you have still doubt , just enter only those order numbers in IW38 or IW39 and then execute.The report is mainly based on your selection screen data.
