Exemption u/s 89 ( Point 15 in Form-16 )

Dear Experts,

when we pay the arrears amount in April-15 , due to LOP reversal or New Joinee Joined in March-15 and got the first salary in April-15 , The system is passing the Exemption u/s 89 ( Point 15 in Form-16 ) which has to be removed for calculation as well in display in Form-16

Please help me how to resolve this...............
