  • Time rec.ID no.
  • ID version
  • Time event type grp
  • Subsystem grouping
  • Grpg. att./absence
  • EE expenses grpng

can any one give me an idea from where to get the data for these fields,

    Hi,

Are you using standard interface to upload punches? If so than raw file must contain 51 character containing Rec ID - (Card Number).

    • Time rec.ID no. : Punch card Number
    • ID version : ID Version. Same ID but with new version number.

Rest all are used to segregate diff grouping based on requirement. -You can use feature to default all this values (Not Sure- Will check and update).

    • Time event type grp :
    • Subsystem grouping
    • Grpg. att./absence
    • EE expenses grpng

Generally, we keep all values as 01/01 as standard only.

    Thanks,

    Ketul
