How to change the email adress for Automated Message

Hi All,

How to change the email address for automated message which we receive (in our inbox) after PO is sent out to vendor through SAP ( NEUE output - external send)?

Please Advise.

    Hi,

    Check who is the final releaser of that PO where she/he can get a copy on sent item for which document sent.Check with basis team changing receiver( concept used for purchasing group/ group E-mail ID concept/Final Releaser)

    Which automated messages do you get in your inbox?

    Are they generated from your own system or do they come from external system because you used in incorrect email address?

      your PO print program is having some logic.

      Where it sends one copy to your internal email id when it sends out to supplier.

      You need to check if any custom table is there where the PO program check the internal email id and sends the email.
