Error when accepting terms and conditions for HCP


Hi HCP Guru's,

I have a strange problem when I'm trying to acces my (developer) HCP account. When I access the HCP site ( and click the 'Launch HCP' button in the upper right corner, I'm directed to this screen where I need to accept the terms and conditions:

Just like everyone, I've read the and understood the terms and condition from the beginning until the end 🤣 so I mark the checkbox and click 'Accept'. But then the following error pops up:

I tried several things: reboot the computer, access it from another computer, another browser, another device, clear cache etc etc. I even checked the network request and response with Chrome developer tools but I can't figure out what could be 'syntactically incorrect'.

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
