Storage location is WM active but TO requirement is not relevant

Hello,

Is there a possibility that a storage location is activated for WM and there is No WM trnsf ord reqd status for inbound stock.

Could you please help me understand if there would be such a case, because I believe that whenever a Sloc is WM active, TO are required.

Attached are the screenshots for your reference, let me know if i'm missing to look any config node.

If the consultant activated WM while there were open deliveries then you get a situation as described.

Compare the date from the change log of your customizing with the creation date of the delivery

    Hi Abhishek,

If you are working in development system, can you make a quick config and test

    1. Create new sloc and assign warehouse to this new sloc

    2. Extend the material to this sloc.

    3. Create PO, IBD and check if it is relevant for WM

This will help you clarify the doubt when you make a sloc WM active when you already have some transactional data active on that.

Check the setting in your system for item category, Looks like "Relevent for Putaway " is not checked refer the screen below

    To find the item category

SPRO---LE--SHIPPING ----DELIVERIES ----Define Item category for delivery

after this setting try to create a new po / IBD and let us know your result
