Stretched Elements in Web Dynpro

Hi guru, when I open the web dynpro I see my element compressed, only after a resize of the windows I can see the element with their normal dimension, I try to attach two image that can explain better what I mean

I would like to have a fixed dimension with scroll bar horizontal and/or vertical if the dimensions of the screen are too small.
