Upgrade error at MAIN_SHDPREPUT/JOB_RSUPGCUA_SHD_PRE phase

Hello Experts,

We are upgrading the CRM 7.0 EHP0 to EHP3. We have done all the prerequisites and we were run the SUM tool to upgrade. In the

preprocessing phase we are getting the error in the shadow instance saying that

"Checks after phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/JOB_RSUPGCUA_SHD_PRE were negative!

Last error code set: Batchjob 'RSUPGCUAGEN111' with id '15332600' is aborted"

We tried to check all the log files but we are not able to resolve the issue. Please find the screen shot for the error.
