Crystal Reports for Enterprise

Can someone me on this in SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise which define the following properties: “Save Data with Report”. By default, this option is checked when creating a new report, I’m able to uncheck it on individual reports and save it. However, my client wonders if this option can be unchecked by default. Usually, for Java programs, these may come from a property file or configuration xml.

I need to know where exactly I need to change these settings. I am currently on SAP BusinessObjects Explorer 4.1 SP5 Patch 3 update on Linux.
