Item Description not appearing on AP invoice

Hi experts,

I am Having an issue when am trying to do some AP invoices on certain items.

When i try to purchase the item description does no appear and am getting error....UoM specified is not assigned to item in row 1

if i go to item master and try to change it isn't possible because i have already used the item in opening balances.

Please help

    Hi Francis,

    If Item Description not appearing on AP Invoice visible this field from Form Setting.

    I think When you are uploading the Opening Balance at that time are not mention UOM of particular Item , So Zero the Stock of that Item , then update the UOM then Again upload the Opening Balance.

    Note : Please check this in Test DB First.

      Hi Kamlesh,

      I uploaded the opening balances first.

      Then now am trying to make an invoice for the items but the item description in not being displayed on the item description column(the column is activated).

      When i try to change the uom i cant because the item has some transactions appended to it.
