I would like to know the changes which have been done on Release strategies release code.

Hi SAP Experts,

I would like to know the changes which have been done on Release strategies release code.

For example:- For level 10 release codes earlier the user was having authorization for value Rs-5000/ & then later on some made the changes and the gave the authorization for value Rs-10000/. we would like to see the changes that who made the change and what is the new value added to his role.

I checked the change logs option which is there in Utilities Header level of release strategies. But was unable to find any changes. Even though i have made the changes just for testing.

Is there any way from where we can see the changes.

Regards,

Pranav

in trx O1CL check for class type 032 class types whether 'Change Docs' is ticked. Try also CL20N to show change documents.

I made the changes in SPRO->M.M->Purchasing->Purch. order->Release procedure for P.O->Define release procedure for P.O->Release strategies->selected relese grp & strateg.->And made view changes in classification view.

And the changes log i seen it from SPRO->M.M->Purchasing->Purch. order->Release procedure for P.O->Define release procedure for P.O->Release strategies->selected relese grp & strateg.->And goto header utilities tab->change logs.

Without having activated change log you will not see changes made to classification.

No chance to find out who had changed this, for the future changes restrict authorization for changes in classification for class 032 and follow the instructions of OSS Note 65124 - Classification Change Documents
