OCR for customs form

I have the need to capture the country of origin listed on the Canadian B3-3 Customs Coding Form and then marry it into my inbound receipt of inventory. For example, if I have an Inbound Delivery, simply put I need to transfer the COO from the form (prepared by the customs broker) to the ASN. The customs broker has no electronic interface capability. Does any solution exist that would allow for:

1) Broker emails/faxes customs form, or possible drops into secure FTP site

2) OCR parses the form to render the COO

I know there are many OCR solutions for AP invoice recognition. Any suggestions to look into for use with this form (and this form only)?

    Did you give a try to Opentext ICC and kofax?
