Context Menu getting stuck within application window (BIP)

Hi Experts,

We are facing issue with the 'context menu' for our design studio application.

Users are experiencing Menu getting Stuck most of the time.

Anyone with the same issue? If yes, can you please share your idea to resolve the issue?
