Configuring EDI Separator sender channel for multiple sender ids

Hi

I am getting 830 X12 input file's from one of customer and this customer has multiple interchange sender id's ( for the same version of 830). Could you please advise how to configure sender edi separator in this case ? When I tried putting all Interchange sender id's with separation of comma, colon etc. it didn't worked.
