Production Order At Save (SAPLCOBC)resb_bt[]

Hello experts,

I've implemented badi WORKORDER_UPDATE and i read memory (SAPLCOBC)resb_bt[] to get components of the order. My problem is that even if i delete some lines and add some others table will be updated with new lines but not delete the deleted ones neither will it change deletion indicator.
Is there anyway to find which lines are deleted or read from memory only the ones currently available
