KF disaggregation from Product family to Product

One of our customer wants to change sourcing ratios as follows.

Current logic - Sourcing Ratio Maintained at @ CUSTID , PRDID and LOCID

New Logic : Change Sourcing Ratio to @ CUSTGRP , PRDLINE and LOCID where CUSTGRP & CUSTID and PRDLINE and PRDID are in Hierarchy.

Expectation is system to copy SAME value from @ CUSTGRP , PRDLINE and LOCID to @ CUSTID , PRDID and LOCID.

Reason for asking this change is too much data to maintain at @ CUSTID , PRDID and LOCID.

I tried various options and no success...

Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hi Krishna,

You have to first create combination @PERPRODLOCCUST, if its not available already (You can do this by creating and loading a dummy NULL file). Then make the sourcing ratio KF editable with disaggregation rule as "Copy Value to" and aggregation = AVG.

Now you can maintain this KF at higher level and system will just do copy value to and same value will come to base planning level and stored.

Pre-requisite - you need combination already available at base planning level.

    I hope this helps.
