CPMS table for Milestones

Dear All,

Which is the CPMS table for milestones.

One of my user has put in the wrong date manually in a milestone and all the initiatives/milestones are not visible now. It happened before also for an initiative and we updated the SQL manually to fix the date in CPMS_INITIATIVE. But now it is milestones.

Is there a way we can block manual input in start & end date while entering at initiative screen.

Regards

    Hello Muhammad,

The Milestones are stored in the table CPMS_INIT_TASKS but the initiatives and milestones shouldn't disappear because a start or end date was entered unless there is a filter set up to exclude them. Can you check the Show Filters of the Initiatives and ensure that there is no filter on Schedule, Budget, or Target End Date? As well if you select the option to Include Expired do you see the initiatices and milestones dispalyed?

    Regards,
    Graham

      Hi Graham,

If by mistake in any of the date fields either in initiatives or milestones you manually enter the date in a wrong format then all the initiatives and milestones disappear from initiatives. When you go to CPMS table and update manually the date to correct format, all the initiatives and milestones will appear again.

I asked SAP long ago if their was any option to stop user from entering the date manually and forcefully the user should select but did not get any positive response. and the worst part it that after entering wrong date, it also saves.

      Thanks
