Hi all,
my question is the following:
Is there any possibility to display user defined fields on the main form of a document instead of the side window?
Here's a screenshot for a clearer view of the issue:
Furthermore, I'd also like to know if it's possible to use the 'choose from list' selection mode on user defined fields instead of formatted search?
If so, what's the technique for achieving this? Can it be done without addon development?
If not, will it be available in the future versions?
Thanks in advance for the answers and kind regards.
Hi Marton,
Select the Purchase Order from.
Click or Open the Edit UI option Tools -> Edit UI
Drag the UDF where you want to store location in PO from.
Save the UI.
Re open the Purchase Order.

Hi Marton,
If i had not understood wrongly, you can configure your UDF for "choose from List", by using method as;
1. Click on desire UDF.
2. Press the key combination for Shift+F2
3. A system message will pop-up asking you that there are no valid values define for this feild, do you want to assign a new one.
4. Click on 'Yes' .
5. Then again a pop-up screen will come, click on second option and the click on Browse button (at the right end of the option).
6. Insert your desire values.
7. Then click Update.
8. Again move to UDF and Press Shift+ F2 system will showcase you the values.
