Crystal report on stored procedure

HI, can any one please tell me the steps for creating a crystal report 2011 on stored procedure(Oracle database) with screen shots. Thanks in Advance, santhu

Hi Santhu,

To be able to report off of Oracle Stored Procs in CR, the SP has to be designed in a 'certain' way.

Have a look at this document for more info on how the Stored proc needs to be.

Once the SP is ready, you just need to go to the Database Expert > Create a connection to the Oracle DB via the 'Oracle Server' connection (you'll need the 32-bit Oracle Client to be installed to see this driver) > Expand the connection and chose 'Stored Procedure' > Chose the SP you created and click the '>' button.
