    Hi,

Please run RPTPOST (PTARQ -> Post document) and then check.

    The flow is like:

    1. Employee Apply leave.

=> In PTARQ, Document status would be Sent., In R3 Leave balance would be same.

    2. Manager Approves.

=> In PTARQ, document status would be Approved. In R3, Leave balance would be same.

    3. Post Document through Post Report.

=> In PTARQ, document status would be Posted. In R3, Leave balance would be updated.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks,

    Ketul

    Hi Naidu,

Portal is a UI Application for ECC, it wont have any dedicated tables for Portal in ECC.

Only updation happens in ECC Tables. Check if you are using the right PERNR & User ID.

Quota deduction is Functional HR, not Portal. Portal only uses iViews which again look at ECC to feed data. Sit wit your HR Functional if you are not HR Guy. Also sit wit your WFLOW guy if any batch workflow is stuck

Have you check other employee balances? Make sure you are tracking the correct employee. Portal is for display of information and any update is calling a function to update in ECC.

Portal pulled directly data from ECC.
