Edit mail form

Hi to all,

I'm new  in SAP Cloud development and i need your help.
I'm currently working on a cloud for travel and expense system and i need to modify the form of the mail sent on the trip request by adding some fields and deleting others.

Is this possible and how could i do that ??

Hi,

for modifying the content of an e-mail, you will have to use the SAP Cloud Application Studio.

The Studio allows you to replace the existing text of an e-mail or to add text to an e-mail.

The problem is that i don't know how to find the form name and how to edit it using the studio.

Could you please give me more details on how to access the form template using the studio.

Check out the enhancement option "EnhanceEmail"

Please keep in mind that there are no form templates to be adjusted.
You will have to compose a HTML document.

The system is a SAP cloud for travel and expense therefore there is no enhance email option i think.

As I said before: If you want to adjust the content of an e-mail, you will have to use the "SAP Cloud Application Studio" that allows you to do some customer-specific enhancements in a programmatical way.

Hi,

i have the same problem.

i want to edit the content of an email on SAP cloud for travel and expense.

i couldn't find " enhance email ".

i think there is a diffrence between SAP C4C and SAP Cloud for travel and expense.

could someome show me how to do that by putting some screenshots.
