С4С Users on Mac

Hi,

Guys, I have a C4C user on Mac. He'd like to use Safary, but since Friday Safary is not working at all with C4C. I moved him onto Firefox, but graps lag sometimes. What do you use with Mac users?

It is recommended that HTML5 client is used for Macs for optimal UX and performance.

Thank you everyone for your replies. Yes, we do use HTML5 on Mac and problems do appear in HTML5. Cleaning cache also didn't change system behavior. I think it is something with our internet connection really.

Do you face the issue with silverlight or HTML5, I use safari and it works fine. What exactly is the issue you are facing.

Hi Bejoy,

The problems are with HTML5  version. Every time the user wants to fill in a list field, C4C stops respondiing. The drop down list does not apear, and there is a loading cinematics (3 dots) on the screen. Even after 6minets the list is not loaded.

But we do not have that issue in Firefox and IE.

Hi,

Go to Safari > Preferences > Security and check if the Plug-ins are checked,

Also in Plugins check the SIlverlight version.

We checked that. Plugins were activated also for Silverlight. Apperently that was not the issue.
