SAP Business One HANA running on Microsoft Azure

does Anyone know if :

  1. SAP B1 HANA version could run on Microsoft Azure ? Any fact sheet from SAP ? Does SAP support SAP B1 HANA on Azure officially ?
  2. if no.1 is YES, How to do it ? any links ? Is it breaking any SAP regulation ?
  3. Any personal experinece SAP B1 Hana on Azure ?

Yes, I know that there's AWS (Amazon Web Service) that works with HANA and we already tested the installation and it worked. The Problem is our country policy only allow companies using cloud services which have local DC (Data Centre), it means the Database were located inside my country , DC outside my country is prohibited and considered breaking the law.

The one who has local DC is microsoft Azure, AWS doesn't have local DC in my country.

So I need SAP B1 HANA version to works on Azure ...

Hope someone knows the answer...

Thanks

    Hi Jefri,

this setup is not yet certified. However, there is no reason why it should not work.

We already have some other SAP applications running on Microsoft Azure (take a look at this blog, CAL FAQ - Specific questions for Microsoft Azure )

    Regards,

    Holger.
