MRP - Stock transfer from other plant

Dear All,

I have configured Special procurement key for stock transfer from other plant, and assigned it to the material of receiving plant.

The system was generating procurement element some 4 months back, but now MRP run MD03 does not create any proc. element for all the material having same Special procurement key.

I have checked all the required configuration for this process.

could it be due to some sap note or need to retest the configuration.

thanks,

Zeeshan

this would not be my first thought. If you don't get any procurement element then your material has either sufficient stock or might not be relevant for planning. I would start with MD04 and check the changes made to the material master in last 4 month.

    • Hello

This issue does not make sense to me. Your special procurement settings are correct and the replenishment proposals should be generated by MRP. As far as I know, there is no bug or program error that could lead to this kind of issue.

Did you already asked your ABAP consultant if there is any modification or enhancement implemented on the source code? Maybe running a trace on transaction SE30 can help you to identify if any Z-code is executed.

      Regards

      Caetano
