Attendance Report

Dear Guru's,

Our Client wants to have a Daily attendance Report which should be based on the Shift wise.

They want to have know the Employee Weekly working days and Week off's and if Public holiday falls in between they want to fetch that also.

At the bottom line, they want info off Working days and Week off's and Public holidays.

Could you please Let me know which table will have all these days info..

Can i share to my Abaper to fecth data from V_T508 ?

V_T508A will just give you the WSR's.  The report will not give you actual attendance nor it does not show any link to employees.

In SAP main menu - under HR->Time mgt->Admin->Information system->Time accounts there are several reports you can use.

Examples are:

  Attendance/Absence Data (Report RPTABS50)

  Attendance Check (Report RPTEAB00)

  Attendance/Absences Data: Overview (Report RPTABS20)
