Shadow Instance fails with SQL error 942

Dear Experts,

we have Shadow Instance running on Kernel 742 with Oracle 11g on Windows,

we are facing following error and DISPATCHER stopped, could you please guide me in resolving this:

Hi Domnic,

Could you please update the kernel under G:\EHP5_EHP7\SUM\abap\exe\ to the latest patch version from service market place and repeat the phase.
