Consignment Info record

Hi,

I have created consignment info record with category K, created contract with category K, created PR and then when I am trying to create PO referencing consignment PR , the info record field is not updated with info record no although PR and agreement No is updated in the consignment PO created.

I tried to input info record No manually in the consignment PO but when I save the PO, info record No disappears . Note all relevant conditions are maintained in consignment info record and conditions maintained in MEK1 and proper validity periods are maintained in ME01  as well

It is standard behavior. You can't see info record number in purchase order. System will not check info record details during consignment purchase order creation. It will be checked during transfer posting (411K movement type)

But why is such logic in place that we cant view info record in consignment process?

Also how can we confirm using TP-411K that speciifc info record is fetched

Why not ? You can only use one info record with regards to vendor and material combination. In consignment process, there are no logic to show price (related to info record data) in purchasing order.

Info Records for Consignment must be created with the Standard Purchasing Organisation. POs have to created for the Standard Purchase Org.

Kindly recheck the scenario with my above comments.

You have maintained MEK1 ?? A consignment PO does not contain any conditions. Price Information is picked directly from the Consignment Info Record during Goods Withdrawal from Consignment Stock. Till the material withdrawal, the inventory sits quietly in our stock as non-valuated stock.

Before maintaining consignment info record(ME11) - did you active consignment info record  in t.code: OMEV
