Hi Friends,

There is an attendance record in IT2002 for 10:00 to 12:00, the time type of hourly attendance is ZATH

But please see TIP table:

10:00  to 12:00 isn't attendance! It is unpaid absence . why?

which changes should be done in T555z table?

I appreciate your help in advance.

Best Regards,

Leila

According to TIP 10:00 12:00 is showing as "0" pair type since it is updating in "ZD99" time type check parameters mentioned for all functions in the schema.

Once TIP updates with "3" it gets updated in ZATH.

Hi Venkatesh,

IT2002 has that record :

I think there are some wrong data in t555z, but I can't find them.

There is a snapshot from this table above.

ZD99 is unpaid absence.

ZATH is attendace.

Hi Leila,

I could see it is taking Time identifier "03" Which means Flexi time.

I guess below are the time pairs available in IT2011 -time events

07:00 to 10:00 with P01

12:00 to 16:00 with P01 So both these time types will have Pair type 1-Employee at work from IT2011 this is also available in the TIP table.

The time between 10:00 to 12:00 it is taking employee not at work and it is forming Pair type 0.

Attendance type 0004 is applied for the same day you are checking for ??

Could you please share the screen shots of IT0007 DWS , IT2011, IT2002 function TIMTP INPUT and OUTPUT tables as well.

As far as i understand, maintained attendance in IT2002 but while it is reaching TIP updating as Pair type "0" since it is not updating to "ZATH". Check parameters of all functions in the schema.
Place screen shot of schema.
