SplitApp - fakeOS mobile mode, master view not hiding

I have created a splitapp and testing in Android and in windows-> chrome with URL having sap-ui-xx-fakeOS=android.

the master view is shown and when I select something from master, the detail page is loading in the background but I am not able to see it.

master view is not hiding.

I tired SplitApp to set mode to HideMode, ShowHideMode, PopoverMode , but no luck..

could you please suggest?

must be something with your item select action handler

But, if I am not using "fakeOS=android." , it is working fine, I can see my details in the split app - details screen.

you might have some logic like

if (!sap.ui.Device.system.phone) {
