when you are getting this error message. while launching the BI Launch Pad URL or after login into the BI Launch Pad?

If while launching, then check the BI launch pad URL as

<server name>:<port no>/BOE/BI

There is no separate WebApp for BI launch pad as InfoView in 3.1 version. A single war file is available in 4.x version which is BOE.

still if you face the issue, redeploy the war file to Web App Server.

Hey Deepak,

My link for bi lanch pad looks like this

Is this the right one we are using ?

looks you are missing the port number on which web application server runs.

URL would be like Test.Server.com:8080/BOE/BI if you deployed your war files on Java application and Tomcat as your Web Application Server.

Hope this helps!

i did add the port number and ran the link ,the launch pad is not opening at all.

https://sapbobidev.xx.xxxx.net:8080/BOE/BI

With out the port number ,i was able to open the launch pad and ran the report as well that is 3.5 version.

What type of report?

I would redeploy the website using wdeploy and see if that corrects the issue.

you need to provide more details.

What are the exact url's and how are you launching them exactly?
